Questions, answered plainly.
What FlexOS is, what it costs, what you own, and who’s behind it. Not here? Ask Flexi. He answers in the chat.
What is FlexOS?
FlexOS builds and runs the parts of a business you never get to: a website people find, the posts, the emails, the follow-ups, the invoices nobody chased. Tell Flexi what you need, in plain words or a voice note. He builds it, publishes it on your own address and keeps it running.
Is FlexOS an AI website builder?
Yes. Most AI website builders hand you a site and leave. Flexi builds the site, the apps and the AI agents around it, then keeps going every week: posts, emails and follow-ups, drafted for you.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Tell Flexi what you want like you’d tell a friend. He writes the code and shows you what changed. If you do code, the repo is yours to open.
What can Flexi build?
A website, a booking page, a price calculator, quotes and invoices, an app, and helpers that do the admin: one that chases invoices, one that turns a voice note into a week of posts, one that sorts the inbox. If you can say it, it’s a fair ask.
What does it cost?
Three plans, each free for 3 days. Starter is $40 a month for one project, its website and its agents, with no card to start. Builders is $80 a month for all of that on the latest AI models: better text, better designs, complex code. Bundle is $200 a month for up to 5 projects on one bill. No top-ups, ever. The plans →
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days on every plan. Starter needs no card: add one before the days are up and the project carries on. Builders and Bundle take the card first and charge nothing until the 3 days are up; cancel before then and you pay nothing. A project gets its free days once.
Do I own what gets built?
Yes. The code lives in your own repository and the site runs on your own address. Take both with you whenever you like.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Builders and Bundle. Type the domain in Apps › Website › Settings, add the two records it shows, and the site answers on it. On every plan, the site has its FlexOS address from the first build.
Where is my site hosted?
Your code is in a GitHub repository made for your project, and Vercel builds and serves the site. You can see every change Flexi makes.
Are my passwords and keys safe?
Yes. Keys live in your project’s Vault, encrypted, and never in the code or the chat. Your website reads them only while it’s being built, and they never appear in the code.
Will anything go out without me seeing it?
No. Flexi shows you posts, emails and pages before they go out, and you approve them from your phone.
Can I bring a site or app I already have?
Yes. Paste its address and Flexi reads it before you even sign in. A Lovable project or a FlutterFlow export comes in as a zip, into your own repo, just as it is.
What is a flexpert?
A real person who’s done this before: a designer, someone who’s launched one, someone who knows your trade. Each has a page at flexos.me/u/their-name saying what they do and what it costs, with a button to ask them. You can set up your own from Your profile.
Who is behind FlexOS?
Flexperts: non-developers who got tired of hearing that a good idea needs a developer. The company is Flex Technologies Group Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 15882806) and based in London. Our story →
How do I get help?
Ask Flexi in your project, or read Help. Want a person? Ask a flexpert. Billing questions go to the address in Settings.
Still stuck? Ask a flexpert, a real person who’s done this before.
