The short version: your stuff is yours, we don’t sell it, and you can take it and leave whenever you like.
What we collect
Only what running your project needs:
- Your account — email or Google sign-in, a name, an avatar if you add one.
- Everything you tell Flexi — text, voice notes, files, the websites you paste.
- The things it builds for you.
- Payment records if you pay — Stripe holds the card; we hold the receipt.
- Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, what was requested, when.
What we do with it
We use it to build and run your project — that is the whole point of telling us. Voice notes are transcribed and the transcript kept with your project. Websites you paste are read once for the tool you used. We do not sell any of it, and we do not show ads.
Who processes it for us
Real names, because “trusted partners” means nothing: Google Firebase (accounts, the database, file storage — Google Cloud, EU/US regions) · Vercel (hosting, the servers this site runs on, and counting visits) · Google Gemini and other model providers reached through OpenRouter (the AI that reads what you tell Flexi and writes what it builds) · Stripe (payments — we never see your card number) · Resend (sending email on your behalf) · Firecrawl (reading a website you give us) · Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform (if you talk to Flexi on WhatsApp).
This list is maintained by hand from the engine’s tool catalogue. When a tool that touches your data is added, this page changes in the same change.
AI and training
We don’t train models on your content. The model providers above process it under their API terms on the tiers that don’t use your data for training. If that ever changes, this line changes first, and you will hear about it before it does.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers your theme. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are opened and which main buttons are pressed. It uses no cookies, and it never records what you type or anything that identifies you. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights, plainly
If you are in the EU/UK you have these by law; we give them to everyone.
- See it — everything you gave us is in your project.
- Take it — export the suitcase from Settings: the repo at the root plus everything the brain knows.
- Delete it — ask, and the project and the account go; backups follow within 30 days.
- Correct it — edit it. It is your project.

FlexOS is made and run by Flex Technologies Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15882806), registered office 850 Green Lanes, London, N21 2RS. It is the data controller for what this page describes. For a privacy question, ask Flexi in the app and a human will hear about it, or write to the registered office.
