Terms.

The agreement between you and FlexOS, at a human reading level. The short version first.

Last updated 18 Aug 2026

The short version: be a reasonable adult, we will be one too, and everything you make is yours.

The deal

You describe what you want; FlexOS and Flexi build and run it. Starting is free. Keeping it running is one plan — the price is on the pricing section and in your billing settings, and changes there before it changes anywhere else. Cancel any time; the current period runs out and nothing renews.

What’s yours

Everything you put in and everything built from it: the words, the site, the code, the customers.

  • You can export all of it (Settings → the suitcase) and leave.
  • We keep a licence only to host and run it while you use us.

What’s ours

FlexOS itself — the tools, the templates, Flexi. Not your project. Not your data.

What you agree not to do

Don’t use FlexOS to:

  • do anything illegal, or anything that harms other people
  • send spam from the mail tools
  • scrape other people’s sites without the right to
  • get around our security

If you do

We will switch off a project that does, and tell you why.

Honesty about the machine

Flexi is software and gets things wrong.

  • Where it can’t do something, it says so.
  • Where it drafts a legal letter, a policy or an agreement, it is not a lawyer — and says that too.
  • Read what it writes before you send it.

Liability, in one paragraph

We run this carefully and we back things up, but we are not liable for lost profits or consequential damage arising from using it, beyond what you paid us in the last three months. Where the law says otherwise, the law wins.

Changes

When these terms change you will see it here with the date, and in your inbox if it matters. Continuing to use FlexOS after that means you accept the new ones.

Who we are

FlexOS is made and run by Flex Technologies Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15882806) with its registered office at 850 Green Lanes, London, N21 2RS. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts.

Questions? Ask Flexi in the app. You don’t need an account to talk.
