Connections

Connections lists every service the project uses (a database, email sending, payments). A service is set up once and shared by the whole project: the website and every agent use the same one.

Adding one

The + at the top opens Add a service, FlexOS's list (while the project has none, it shows by itself). Tap a service and it is added to the project at once: its folder is made and its page opens.

A service's page

• Chat: every space about it, and a box to start another.
• Keys: the keys it needs, by name, Not added yet until the Vault holds each. A key comes in one of three ways, each straight into the Vault:
  • Add: paste it yourself;
  • Connect with the service: its own sign-in, where it has one;
  • Sign me up, at the top: FlexOS's robot makes the account for you, in your project's name, after your yes. You watch it on a card in a space, and it hands back to you where only you can act.
• What it is: the basics.
• How we use it: what this project uses it for, written once it is settled ("Not written yet" until then).

Once every key it needs is in the Vault, Flexi and your agents can use the service's tools. Everyone in the project can see the keys' names; Flexi never sees their values.

Removing one

The service's ⋯ › Remove from the project: its folder goes and its keys leave the Vault, after you say yes.
