Spaces and Flexi

Spaces

One piece of work each: starting one, the conversation, everything in it, and boards.

Updated 12 Oct 2026

A space is one piece of work: the home page, setting up a database, an agent that chases orders. You talk in it with Flexi, and everything the work makes is kept in it. Start a new one for each piece of work.

A space: what you said, Flexi’s answer and the chips he offers, with the message box at the foot

Starting one

Tap the + at the top of the Spaces list (on a phone, the round + in the middle of the bottom bar). What shall we make? opens: type what's on your mind and send it, or start with a Drawing, a Document, a Table or a Page, and the space opens with that thing already in it. The space is named from your first message; click its name in the header to rename it.

The conversation

  • Your message goes to Flexi, who answers in the same space. His answers can carry chips (tap one to send it) and cards (a choice to pick, a key to save, a sign-up to watch, a build's progress).
  • The + beside the box attaches files; they're kept in the space's Files.
  • The microphone records a voice note.
  • Never paste a key (an API key, a password, a card number). The box stops it before it's sent and offers Save to Vault and send: the key goes to the Vault and the message says where it went. Send without it sends the rest.

Everything in the space

The folder icon at the top right swaps the conversation for everything the space holds: its Notes, its Files and each thing made in it. Under them:

  • Rename, Move (to another board, once there are two) and Archive (it goes under Archived; nothing is lost).

The chat icon in the same spot takes you back to the conversation.

Everything in a space: Notes and Files, then Flexi answers here, Rename, Move and Archive

Boards

A board is a group of spaces: the shop, the website, an agent. The grey switch under Find a space shows the board you're on; tap it to change.

  • New board makes one, with its own folder in the Library.
  • All spaces lists every space, whatever its board.
  • Your boards follow, the project's own board first. Tap the board you're on to Rename or Archive it; its spaces stay, under All spaces.
  • Archived, at the foot, holds the spaces and boards put away. Bring it back returns a board.

The board switch open: New board, All spaces, the project’s boards, and Archived at the foot

Finding a space

Spaces are listed newest first, each with its last line and a dot when something is new. Find a space searches their names.
