The Library

What has been agreed: the project's documents, each part's slots, and sources.

Updated 12 Oct 2026

The Library is what has been agreed about the project, in plain words: what it is, the brief, the brand, and for each part (the website, each agent, a phone app) its documents. Everything that gets built is built from it. You read it here; Flexi keeps it and organises it.

What is in it

  • About: what the project is, who it is for and where it stands, and the documents you settle along the way (the project brief, the brand).
  • The website, the agents' app, each agent: a folder each. While it is being worked out, its Briefing says what is known, what is assumed and what is still open. When there is enough, its documents are drafted in seven numbered slots: 01 Vision, 02 Features, 03 Pages, 04 Database, 05 Flows, 06 Design, 07 Technical.
  • Sources: reference material the project keeps, like your old website or a supplier's price list: what it said when it was captured, never a decision.

The Library: the board switch, the About document, and the document open beside it

Finding your way

  • The grey switch under Find in the Library picks the board: each board of spaces has its own Library folder, and Archived, at the switch's foot, shows what was put away.
  • Folders open in place, with the way up as their first row.
  • A document's ⋯ has Share (a read-only link) and Download.

How it changes

Nobody types into the Library, and nothing on the screen moves its folders. Talk about a change in a space; once it is settled, or when you say "put it in the Library", Flexi has it written up and filed, and tells you what changed. To tidy it, ask him.
