Agents

What an agent is, how one is made, and where it lives.

Updated 12 Oct 2026

An agent does one job for your business: chases orders, drafts a weekly report, answers a kind of mail. You approve what goes out. Your agents live in your agents' app, at your-name.flexapp.one, made with the project.

Making one

Apps › Agents (the grey switch, then Agents) opens on a preview of the agents' app and, while there are none, ideas to start from: Your own job, Blog writer, Inbox sorter, Social posts, Answers questions, Weekly report and Lead follow-up. Tapping one starts a space with it as the first message.

  1. Tell Flexi in the space what you want it to do. He asks what it is for until it is clear.
  2. Its folder is made in the Library, with its Briefing, then its documents.
  3. "Build it": a build of the agents' app writes its code, checks its page on a preview, and puts it live.

Where you see them

Each agent is a row in the Agents box. Inside it, its own page comes first, drawn inside FlexOS and signed in, then Chat, Overview, Instructions, Tools and Connections. Builds and Settings sit at the box's foot; Settings has the app's address, its Deployments, The look (the agents' theme, from the Design document) and On Vercel.
