Billing

Each project is on one of three plans: Starter, $40 a month; Project, $80 a month; or a Bundle, $200 a month for up to 5 projects. A new project picks one as it is set up, Starter first: 3 days free with no card. The project's owner pays; everyone else in it works for free.

The Billing page

Settings › Billing starts with one line on where the project stands (on Starter's free days, how many are left, and what moving up adds), then:

• The three plans, Starter first, this project's marked. Tap one to see what it is and its one button: start Starter's free days, add a card for Project or a Bundle (3 days free the first time), or Move up from the plan you are on, which charges only the difference for the rest of the month. A project with a free slot in your Bundle is put in your bundle, with nothing more to pay.
• Your bundle, when you have one: which projects are in its 5 slots. Take out frees a slot; the project keeps its files, Library and spaces, and is closed until it is back in or has its own plan. Put in fills a free slot.
• Pictures: how many pictures a day Flexi can make for the project.
• Pays for it: the project's owner.
• Card and receipts: Stripe's own page, to change the card, cancel or download receipts.

Payments go through Stripe; FlexOS never sees your card.

When a payment fails

The page says so, and Card and receipts changes the card. If the plan stops, everyone in the project loses access to it until it is paid.
